How long does it take to get hired from start to finish? What are the steps along the way?
Apply on-line. It’s a very long process to be patient. All applicants, in and out of the company must provide a video on-line interview as the first step. Don’t underestimate the video interview. Have good lighting and dress up. It will be a month until HR review your video. Then there will be two rounds of interviews. This is standard for all jobs and the process will take a total of 4 months, even if you are the ideal candidate
What is the interview process like?
The interview process is fair and a typical panel interview coupled with an aptitude test of general excel, database queries, and case study questions within an hour. Then a review of those answers along with freestyle questions after. If successful, a second interview with upper management is usually had.Bell is a very good place to learn how to really hone in on your customers needs and provide them with many different product solutions that will make their day to day lives easier. Product knowledge and pricing changes daily as do the tasks given.
